IMO, it was a P&D PR. The A/S had been increased (more than doubled) on 3/23/2009 from 490M to 1.0B. Here is a post about the deal.

I hope for the last time scam and AMNE are not used in the same sentence.....IMO the production of these green houses CAN help governments rebuild cities with green houses.IMO Quincy who was in the video is a pioneer in the green movement.These portable green houses can be built on site like popcorn at the movies...It appears that Terry has found a gem that fits perfectly in building AMNE with green purpose and direction.IMO when Paridigm and Power House start we will have a fan frickentastic one two punch to build green foundation.This train is ready to rock.
