Obviously, PowerHouse and its $80 Million in LOI's, was not worth the paper it was written on.

AMNE passed on the acquisition of powerhouse.
Banx & Green passed on the acquisition of powerhouse.

Don't you think powerhouse would have been snapped up by someone, if the $80 million in LOI's were viable?

From a outsider looking in, seems like passing on PH was a good thing for AMNE.

Yes they PR'ed they had a Letter of Intent to acquire powerhouse, which was true, because they passed on the deal, does not mean they did not follow through.

A Letter of Intent, is just that, not a guarantee.
