Agree 100%. One should read the last two PR, all stated their clearly. Doing another PR for new CEO will be FLUFF IMO.

One should focus on 3Q financials and contracts, yet to be announced.

Exactly what day did it take effect?? It is important for my records to have an exact dates. I am sure the gov't will want to know for contract purposes??
