Nobody here knows an exact date, and actually I dont think nobody cares the exact date/min./sec. that it happened. You say you need well call your company but I dont need it. Least of my concerns.

Also yea I'm sure the govt. will want it and they will get it, but you are not the govt.

So pick any date on or before 1 OCT 2009
