Pinks and BB stocks do not trade after hours. What happens is M&M's settle trades between them and other loose ends after the bell. It means nothing.

According to Pinksheets.com, there are 600 million outstanding shares and 400 million float. This is as of July 31st this year. One billion authorized. That's not so bad for a pinky. Look at today's volume, this is going much higher.

Up volume was 231 million and down volume was 143 million through regular hours. Form T trades were 24 million. Technicals are lined up for a big run.
