According to Pinksheets.com, there are 600 million outstanding shares and 400 million float. This is as of July 31st this year. One billion authorized. That's not so bad for a pinky. Look at today's volume, this is going much higher.

Up volume was 231 million and down volume was 143 million through regular hours. Form T trades were 24 million. Technicals are lined up for a big run.
