Let's just hope that it does not drop on us.I think she may have more than two choices here. She could put the money in an escrow account to pay creditors from for example.Give it to a trustee or have it stay in Chase bank but give WMI access to it for restructuring purposes only. It won't be as simple as a flip of a coin and we either have it totally or not at all.
