Well if I understand you … and I think that I do… the ruling on the 4.4 billion is un-APPEALABLE! Thank you Diamond – I was not clear on that point!

Court battles in general and BK law are NOT my thing so I was assuming that endless appeals by JPM on any ruling could further muck up the works.

The judge will have read all legal briefs by the time of the Sum Jud. Hearing. She will listen to oral argument at the hearing. She could rule from the bench or she could take the matter under submission and issue a written decision thereafter.
