What you are suggesting here is again price manipulation. Stop telling people to manipulate the price of this stock.
The bid and ask are based off of supply and demand. Artificially raising, lowering, or holding either the bid or the ask is manipulation.
At the same time, if he was able to pick up shares for dirt cheap? Good on him. Had he done what you were suggesting, he would have paid an additional .0012 per share... Nearly 1/3 higher than his actual purchase price.
When there is a REASON for the stock to go higher, it will go higher. When there is significant volume and trading pressure, the stock will go higher. Until then, all we can do is wait.
