I dont disagree but why didnt the SEC have them restate earnings or outstanding share totals. According to SPNG's press release they were not asked to restate anything. Shouldnt that have been the next step? Also why suspend the stock when other otcbb/pink sheets stocks are allowed to trade even though they are facing lawsuits from the SEC and SPNG is currently not. Why is EESO trading and SPNG suspended for example? It doesnt sound like the system is very balanced. I certainly hope this didnt occur simply because those against SPNG screamed the loudest ie the NY Post.
I don't know. But these customers go back 2-3 years.
I don't know how foreign distribution works but if they supplied Walmarts in South America and other retailers, then good for them.
You can see them building a relationship and orders with them which bodes well. It's not like they just created these companies in the last few months as many would have you believe.
Again it doesn't really matter. It's all or nothing with a 2 week timeframe.
Supposedly they paid for all of the advertising with the money they got from foreign sales (wierd that they didn't need to advertise to get those). Since they didn't get that money from foreign sales, it tells us once again they sold stock.
