if these customers are there... then I will once again eat crow...

but imho the reason the SEC suspended the stock is because they fear these customers aren't there...

I don't think the SEC would suspend a stock just on a whim... they forced SPNG to send them documents, and after 2 weeks of getting these documents they couldn't figure out who these people were... or SPNG couldn't prove to them that these companies exist thus they suspended the stock..

Are there real sales, yes... Is there a real company there yes...

but there are also a lot of sales and orders of which they company has not been able to prove without a shadow of a doubt to the SEC... which scares me... and makes me very weary that they didn't cook the books... as that is looking very much the case here...
