No offence but you are clueless sir...

An R/S reduces the A/S, O/S and outstanding shares all by the same number, 500 in this case so yes the A/S should be 10M now if it weren't for the massive increase to 500M to give the company a massive opportunity to dillute 50000%

Hey, i don't mind if people don't understand these concepts, but then they should learn them instead of calling people who do know them ridiculous !!!

And i was in IMGW man, i read the filing the day it came out and if you bother to actually read it, you'll know that everything i say is 100% correct
