diddi, I completely understand what you are saying and your math is correct, assuming that the A/S was in fact 5 billion prior to R/S. Not that I am questioning your integrity of your declaration it was 5 billion prior to R/S, where can I find this information? The reason that I ask is that I cannot find anything that states this...of course I have been known to stumble over the obvious on many occasions. Further, if in fact the A/S was 5 billion, it was exactly the same as the O/S as of June 30, 2009.

Can you shed some light on this for me? Thanks in advance.
