I read the merger paperwork that had limits on how many shares max could be outstanding when they close the merger. I think it's people in at .05 locking in profits as the price falls lower. They have to give more shares to Histostem if they dilute now.

SCII shall issue and deliver to Cutler Law Group as Escrow (the “Escrow Agent”) for a total of at least 75,382,640 shares of common stock of SCII (which at the time of Closing will reflect at least 60% of the fully diluted issued and outstanding common stock of SCII.

So 75,382,640 is 60% of 125,637,730.
So 125,637,730 most shares they can have at time of merger.
Minus 75,382,640 leaves them a little over 50 million shares O/S max they can issue. Current shares O/S at time of 8K for SCII was 50 million.
