Really Good Step in the right Direction! Instead of all that kinda confusing share structure looks like we will have a fairly solid A/S of ~436mm and a float of ~328mm. Also it gives a lot more credibility---they keep doing what they say they were planning to do! Another fairly big positive is that it is with the State of Pennsylvania, not Reno, not Las Vagas, not offshore, not Cocomo! I kind of like the way they mix it up with a 6:06 am release this time. They are keeping us on our toes! Who are these Guys? I do indeed like what they do!
