NICE! It looks like they've been partners for at least 3 years...If Open Terra is ripe for a takeover...and it looks as if that is the case...I would say CAPE/DNPI/Open Terra is definitely a possibility. At least something to think about

CXT Software Joins DecisionPoint Systems' MobileArc® Field Mobility Program

"MobileArc's Simplicity in Rolling Out Mobile Computing Unmatched," Says CXT Software CEO

FOOTHILL RANCH, CA--(Marketwire - September 2, 2009) - DecisionPoint Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: DNPI) today announced that CXT Software, a leader in providing automation technology to same-day delivery and distribution businesses, has joined DecisionPoint Systems' MobileArc Field Mobility program as a Signature Partner for automating deliveries in the expedited delivery market. CXT Software's 2009 growth is an indicator that the delivery industry is increasingly utilizing technology to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

--->"DecisionPoint's extensive mobile computing project deployment services are an excellent complement to CXT Software's industry-leading solutions for the expedited delivery and distribution marketplace,"<---- said Darin Soll, CXT Software's CEO. "In the world of mobile computing deployments, simply throwing hardware at the project is not enough. You have to have the proper staging and 'out of box' experience for the end customer. And DecisionPoint Systems delivers just that through their MobileArc program."

The MobileArc program is designed to help customers identify and achieve faster Return on Investment (ROI) in field-based workforce automation, while mitigating the risk of in-house deployment by combining the best-in-class mobile application software with DecisionPoint's proven deployment methodology, while managing every aspect of the rollout, including support services and help desk.

"Instead of running around configuring mobile devices, our customers' IT teams can focus on the business of improving user productivity. The MobileArc program makes it simple," Soll adds.

"With sharp growth in the market for automating couriers around the country, we are very proud to go to market with the industry's software leader, CXT Software," stated Brent Felker, Vice President of Field Mobility for DecisionPoint. Brent went on to say that "It is the integrated delivery of hardware, software, and the right services that deliver benefit to customers. CXT's Dispatch software is a key piece of the total value proposition."
