It's a default program used by pinksheets when the A/S O/S isn't offered to the public. 90% of PK's on pinksheets.com have the same banner.....Check out EWKS they have insider trading also I guess although I pretty much think Jim Ep and Steven have diluted every possible shares there is in that POS
