Actually the Warning has been up for months at this point!

I know because I have watched this Stock on the Pinks Board for years at this point and I have seen it up for months while I was checking on the Pinks Board for current prices and volumes, which I do every day and multiple times a day at that.

Pretty General Warning but as I read it is what is and its just that a warning. It does not imply nor does it note any actual specific guilt with general use of words like "MAY" and "IF".

I am sure that something has caught SEC's eye but very unsure what that is or whether it's actual or perceived but I am sure if anything is there we will all known as soon as they are sure and that becomes available!

If they have any information it is not available publicly that I have seen. If your aware of something please feel free to share the information with us and the location it can be found! I and the other investors would be happy and anxious to hear and see anything you have or may be aware of! Thanks in advance!

At this point while I appreciate and understand your note and point to and of SEC Warring as much because I am all for an even Playing field, until we some proof or something specific becomes public I personally will proceed cautiously but still proceed!

The Cautions are understood and even most Jr investor's well understands the implication and message relative to that anyway! But Thanks for the Note! And again if your are aware of something specific please point us in the right direction
