'Tom'

I'm sure glad the new CEO's name was not Badweather. Previously, Herda had stated, that NSOL was going into a new direction, of a Nuts and Bolts, business of Ethanol, which was later changed into Diesel, which is I believe, was a good decision.

'Doc' just stated, in a previous message, that Money was needed to start engineering. I would think, that a qualified engineering firm, such as the Shaw Group, or somebody, that was employed by NSOL, would have had to provide, a preliminary estimate of costs, in order to be able to fill out, an application for financing, that would have been submitted to the DOE or others.

NSOL, did pay somebody, didn't they? To whom did they pay? Seems to me, it would have been, for preliminary engineering estimates of costs, that, would have been needed for estimated costs of financing for a CTL Plant.

You must have an estimate of costs, before you could fill out an application, to ask for financing, of anything. Hopefully. an application for financing, of a CTL Plant, has been submitted, to the proper agency for consideration.

Now, if a commitment for financing is received, then, Money will become available, for detailed engineering of a CTL Plant.

That is when, we are on the road, for the first time.

My Opinion.
