does anyone no why this morning you could not buy or sell cxac. my wife tried to purchase some through scottrade and etrade. she was told by scottrade that they were not buying or selling.

Don,t use scottrade for penny stocks as this is an all to common problem with them. TD Ameritrade or Zecco are much better, in my opinion.
