Your wrong about being here long before me. I have called and e mailed the company many times and have always got a response. Brent is really good at returning e mails. Brent told me just a few days ago they are working very hard. I know that to be true. I even have his cell phone number. If you gave them your name they know how many shares you have. If you would read the PR's you would know what they are doing.

How many emails have you tried sending them? If it's just one then it could easily have been accidently overlooked.
