Nice analysis J/C. IMO the Lehman court decisions would probably impact the wamu sentiment a lot more than expected. A positive ruling would bring a lot of eyes here and improve the confidence level a lot more which would make this run bigger as the court date approaches IMO!!

Interesting analyis. I have to read it again to really absorb it. I accidentally bought @ avg. .16 last week when I meant to sell. Need dough, what can I say. This is still "a play". 1,000 shares went off in less than a blink of an eye this afternoon!! I thought to hold out for a few more days. This is paying for my deficit bills as I'm unemployed!!

Will hold on to my remaining few and see what happens. Hah! 12.00 would make this a prize. 24.00 Niiiccccce. 2.00, okay, two months' rent. Okay. No losses here!!

If you look at the chart you can a steady increase in both price and volume as we headed into our next omnibus hearing which was Sept 24th. Sept 24th Thursday was a low volume day as compared to the previous days, I have laid it out for you in black and white with colors in the charts. If the charts keep their patterns, we should see a major move in this stock on Thursday if THJMW lays out a nice ruling in our favor on the Summary Judgement and the investors jump on board in anticipation of the run. We have seen the FDIC and JPM’s motions to be heard, I think she is going to hear them on whatever they have to say. She knows they will appeal her decision to the appellate court, but she is going to tie their hands in her courtroom for now. This is my opinion. Barring a bench decision from THJMW (if she opts for a delay on the written ruling) we should see the same pattern of trading leading up to the Sept 28th omnibus. It must surely be addressing the Providian claim or the amounts of rent that are due the parent from JPM for using their property. As we know we will see the minutes and briefs of the omnibus once they are available, until then mum’s the word.
It looks like the MM’s are playing the same games they played last time, tripping stop losses and buy orders that were set at .20 or .19. There seems to be a good resistance level at this point. I am not an expert, but I can read a chart and we are already at 15 M in volume. We will see and remember this is all my opinion and you should do your own DD to decide for yourself, this is an Investor blog. I have enclosed the chart for verification of my numbers. As some of the more experienced traders on this board have said the activity on the 21st and 22nd was daytraders entering and exiting their positions. Notice the almost even volume between the two days, this is very unusual.
Drrugby posted a short report that reported 5Mil shorts were covered during this time frame. Also according the short report yesterday, there is still 45Mil shares shorted on this stock. They may be a little jittery considering THJMW might rule on the deposits on Thursday. I’ve broken down the trading activity for you below. I will put this in a spreadsheet later on today if and when I get some free time. Volume increase or decrease is rep by – sign or a + sign after volume. This is in reference to the previous trading day. The manipulation on this stock is outrageous and should be investigated by the "do nothing" SEC. Like Mike stathis has said: All you have to do is LOOK!
