Jimmy1000-- Doubt there is a connection to BERKSHIRE Hathaway
Corp. There is tiny company named HATHAWAY Corp which I think is different. Old Symbol HWYI. Changed to FWDG.PK. Used to be known as ISYS Medical (ISYS.PK).

Anyway the evolution is confusing because of so many name changes.

As per CEO: The Hathaway Corporation deal With Bio-harp was a strategic alliance in '08 which did not go throught.

Hathaway is out. Extend is in with signed LOI.
