I disagree. If and it's a big if.... they sell 5 million shares at 10 cents they just raised 5ook. They can build up inventory levels to instantly full fill orders or have some capital to buy a new facility. Regardless they have to be able to fullfill orders and rapidly if things really start to pickup.
......with little cash how do they buy off the shelf components to build large orders???? what are your thoughts??

Thanks

Kelly left the company with a big debt to Dutchess that had to be dealt with when he left. Stock price is just now recovering and rising up from this challenge which is almost over and fully paid off imho.

This month dozens and dozens of traders jumped
aboard VTSI. I have been in a little less than 2 weeks.
I am sitting on 412,000 shares.
I have not sold any shares.
We are sitting on a fantastic upside move this month.
Many traders are impatient and out in a day or two.
I would trade VTSI, but am looking at the big picture here.
VTSI also has been in some newsletters last week as one other
poster has mentioned.....that brings more quick trades other
than some impatient I-Hubbers.
The weekly charts tell the story....not a day or two of traders selling for quick gains.
