Actually Im wondering about this passage:

Dosent that mean he's already been involved with EVFL for 3 years? All that has changed is he's on the board. Seems like its consolidation. A plus but nothing that huge to move pps. More like a statement informing the shareholders of this change.. Not that big of a deal IMO

Did I read it correctly or am I wrong?
