Well said. Everyone seems to think that because it's the same people involved, then it's okay to put assets wherever they feel like. Enron did just that.

The lawsuit is against Bebida Beverage Company. Simply transferring shares over to a different company doesn't relieve the contractual obligation to repay the debt. Weber can claim ignorance all he wants but it's getting absurd. Did he not look at any financial statements? Stockholders equity?

What type of person would buy a company and not scrutinze the financials especially the liabilities and stock equity? For a shell with no business and no real assets, what else was there to examine but financials.

What i am asking myself, why is there no comment from BW regarding the lawsuit ? No PR, no newsletter ? Is he in prison already ? Did somebody break his fingers so he is not able to write anymore?
