I just saw the CC cancellation news. Agreed that canceling is a PR disaster, especially, as Kermit noted, after Jared assured it would still happen.
Seems likely that they don't have anything uplifting to say, and Jared had just planned to wax poetic trying to justify his actions and spin them positively. In which case, maybe Jared's lawyer talked some sense into him.
Regardless, a statement of business status from the company is key now. Silence will just lead to the sell-off most of us expected to see Monday.
That said, I still don't understand why VFIN,UBSS,DOMS were buying millions of shares this week. I suspect there is more at play currently than we know. But without knowing what, there's no way to estimate probabilities for the gamble now.
