The CC had been announced well before the 650m volume rally started. That came out of the blue. My guess at the time was that WowG and EESO had settled their suit before the launch and the info leaked to WowG distributors. Per Judy, seems now that WowG/EESO suit still ongoing.
My guess now is that Carnes maybe got wind of the SEC sniffing, so he started the rally himself, knowing many would jump in when they saw the volume. Then he could dump a last round of his wrap shares to shore up his savings for his jump from the country. Given Carnes' earnings (from scams) and his machiavellian behavior, I don't expect him to wait around for the DOJ trial to begin. Still plenty of warm, sunny places to hide in the world.
Of course, he should consider that, among all the folks he's cheated, there's a group of EESO investors with military backgrounds. I don't know any of them personally, so don't know their reaction potential. But pissing off people trained to kill seems unwise.
