20M, if it is the number today represents only 35% of the company. The other 65% are in preferred.
%60 is own by NWKT the parent company 5% by a Chines company. That 5% is actually the best case it could be worse
The preferred cannot be diluted so if the 20M goes up it is still only 35% of the company.
The 20M shares is the result of an 85% dilution of the company for $900K of debt for equity conversion. The company had $2M in the bank at that time. Go figure!
NWKT is owned 70% by the CEO personaly
