And to prepare the herd for further dilution, in his last webcast PV talks about a "hypothetical" amount of 100m outstanding shares, trying to prove the point that a PPS of 30 cents would still be fair value.

Even if this is only taken as a footnote, as a CEO I would NEVER even mention the possibilty of a further 500% dilution, especially after a devastating reverse split.

There is no doubt in my mind that further dilution is ongoing and will be reflected in the next 10-Q, expected around the end of november (after the usual filing of the NT 10-Q that is)
