If there is a CC, Jared won't be there, and no

discussion of the SEC action will take place. Of course he'll have something positive to say imil, Mark Murphy is an ex pro bible thumper.

Mark Murphy may step in to pat a few bottoms, feel your pain, offer to pray with you and tell you they're just about ready to almost sign another big contract, with an astounding company, soon, perhaps next week, or month, but they're working tirelessly, diligently, you'll see, just don't sell, you'll be sorry, big things coming, yada yada yada..

Where heading, imo, depends heavily on Thurs CC. As discussed, it doesn't make sense to have the CC unless EESO has something positive to say.

There has to be a CC even if there is bad news. The lack of news is what was bringing this stock down before the SEC. It shot up with just the news of announcement of a CC.

When a company is devastated by bad news and events, transparency and trust is what keeps the company afloat. If the company continues to hide behind their walls, rumors and mistrust will flourish... only accepting responsibility will keep shareholders holding on to the company. Example: Maple Leaf Foods, Tylenol...

This company's PR is horrible and should strive to become completely transparent.

What a shame
