don't know if it is happening every where, but in my city i have been noticing every gas station in my town in the panhandle of florida is pulling up there gas drums from under the drive ways and putting in double lined ethonel sp drums the state of florida is not helping with the cost of 100,000 each it's up to the company to pay which in turn will be the customer's at the pump who will be the ones to pay for it...
but it is or will be law that they have to use 10 or 15 % or more later.
use common sense and you'll have your answer and to ask yourself if i had a dream and was ambitiuos how long does it take how much money do i need if by spring there building, theres hope.
