unexpected, I do not know if scottrade has level 2 capabilities. I imagine they do/would as it's standard for most online brokerages.

I would recommend calling them and finding out b/c with me and my etrade account i had to either pay $89 or make a minimum number of trades a month to have access to their level 2 trading platform
