I know these guys sure seem to try to do a good job when possible. I remember when we were all assuming they weren't going to meet the filing deadline and sure enough they got the financial filings completed and the E got dropped on the last day. It seems important to them to have current filings for some reason or another. I was wondering if it is because domestic Chinese securities firms can buy shares only in US companies that are current with SEC regulatory filings. Just think if Chinese firms that are allowed to buy US stocks are buying KWBT. Look up QDII (Chinese Qualified Domestic Institutional Investors)on google.
