My question is, if the goal is simply to dump at .0001, couldn't they (whoever "they" are), have done that without spending the money or Seamless giving away the shares?

Because until this latest round of expensive promos began, there wasn't enough volume to support selling at 0.0001.

And...speaking of massive dumping, I see that it continued today...
