D&T isnt reviewing anything right now. They wont begin any review of any 10k until after its filed.

You know, you're right. So this makes it even worse, not better but I appreciate your clearing that up. Instead of D&T putting its considerable resources on the case, Robinson, Hill & Company, a single office accounting firm with an office "which can staff approximately 20 people" will be conducting the audits of 2006, 2007 and 2008 before filing the one for year ending May 2009 plus any other years the former auditor signed off on and they will be doing it with these three realities staring them in the face.
1. They have already been notified that after they finish filing this 10, they are fired.
2. The SEC is investigating the company
3. The former auditor lost their license for improper auditing practices.

So, instead of a firm with almost limitless human resources, you will have a firm with exactly no motivation to hurry and limited staff doing full audits of at least three years before signing off on the most recent 10K. I doubt you will see the 2006 amended audit being filed before the end of the year and it could be spring before you see a 10K for the current year, if ever.
