I think you'd be better off re-reading that whole thing about the 10k and who is doing it one more time.

I take it you are new here? This has been discussed a few hundred times.

Just helping you out, but D&T starts AFTER the 10k is filed. They supposedly are reviewing the 10k, but aren't the ones actually performing it.
