Who handled the last 900 million shares that increased the Outstanding Shares to nearly 2 billion since May 2009?

I see the large spikes days coordinated with likely "promotion" and such..but who handled these shares?

How many are in the float?

Where did the proceeds (cash) from the shares go?

Does the company have them?

Does Mike have it personally (or as part of his consulting firm acquisition - roll into MIKP)?

I'd like answers to those questions.

eeso and mikp are intertwined. it's all very relevant. newbauer is as much a part of eeso as anybody. he was their live-in ir guy. he purchased the stinky pinr shell with the help of kistler. newbauer is following the same path of all the other pinkies carnes and kistler were involved in. how is that not relevant? fact is, newbauer is a bigger snake then hochstedler.
