Dennis Goett stated in one of his emails to me that he is on the board of directors of softnet.As for the new website with Avanade on it the company "Avanade" would have needed to give softnet the codes to up load it to the softnet address.It can not be a scam!You cannt move websites to different web address without the codes. this is a true merger or buyout. I woke up at 2:00 in the morning today dreaming about how this is going to end. I am alittle sad because when this is over the sofn board will close.
