i know softnet got the rights to an application delivery deployment system from one of its acqusitions over the last couple of years

either nov 08 or jan 09 from one of their last pr it stated that sofn was working on a project that was expected to take about 6 months or so and if successful would result in reacuring revenues and new contracts which would boost their revenues

in addition IMHO the way the trading has been these last few weeks, the 10 to 1 reverse split in april 08,their going to non-reporting pink status ,the small sells at below bid price i think their trying to get back most of their shares and shake all the small investors. after reading about dennis goett and what he does and the fact that he signed as bod and cfo their last finacial report is very intriging to me with the peeps who talked or e-mail him and gotten responces they did, tells me he must still be with sofn or wouldnt he just say im not with them anymore?

ive been holding/ following sofn for about 5 years
with that website (new partners website and services) not going live in august i thought maybe the deal fell through but with recent happenings with the website this week and now it disappearing it seems that maybe they didnt know it was out there because no one could reach softnet but once avanade came to light they realized and pulled it

i think IMO if something is going to happen with avanade it will be next week are they getting website ready?
it will be end of month and deal closings ussually happen at the beginning or end of months
