One thing we know for sure: MIKP isn't just another pinky scam with a fake product used to lure suckers. Mark is chasing a dream . A dream that predates his purchase of MIKP.
Whether or not he realizes his dream, MIKP is a vehicle for making it happen. The difference is, with most pinky CEOs, fleecing shareholders is an end in itself, Mark has a purpose.
That puts some limits on what he is willing to do. Limits that work in our favor.
I think that the SEC case against EESO should actually help us here. I'm sure that, before filing the case, the SEC looked into all of EESO's dealings to determine who to name in the suit. Mark and MIKP were not named. This shows that the SEC found nothing wrong with how Mark is operating MIKP. This should instill confidence in investors that MIKP is not involved with any of the dirty dealings of EESO.
