No they were not, they are not and they will not. Please brush up on the history between GS and WMI before making such a wild claim.

Here is a link that may help, read it carefully and see if you can find why GS could wind upon the chopping block as well eventually. Goldman is just as dirty.

This was first published16 April 08 Goldman had access to WMI Book to broker a deal for the sale of the bank and this is how they used it. Take the bank down and get their buddy a deal. There is no rivalry between JPM and GS. They are KIT& Kettle both just different arms of the same monster.
