It doesn't matter how many they buyback; the next PR needs to state the actual O/S to get this moving.

If there eas an O/S of say 40 billion; then a 10 billion buyback is nothing.

If the O/S was at 21 billion (Latest financials) a 10 billion buyback still won't get this moving.

What we need is a PR announcing the buyback is complete and the new O/S is somewhere in the 100 to 500 million; then this thing takes off. This is the scenario I'm hoping for as I too believe they have been buyback for a couple weeks now.

well, gosh golly gee... do ya think maybe EVFL Has scored some major dollars through some un-anounced deal ?
I think they have been buying back shares for the last 1.5 months!!!
