Andy won't apologize and either will Melvin. Andy said he was paid very well and does not care who he hurt.

I think you are living in a fantasy if you think they didn't know. Real people who made a mistake do not act the way they are acting. They apologize and even give back the money. Neither of these happened.

Andy feels he owes no one anything and therefore he is now pumping USCN on that board. Not caring who his lies hurt again.

Real people who make mistakes do not act this way.

I given Andy many times to come clean and explain things. He feels he is above everyone. He does not care what he did and does not feel he did anything wrong and is doing the same type of lies again to make a buck on USCN

Did it ever occur to anyone that Andy & Melvin were drawn into the positions of IR, with false hopes and possibly missinformation on the part of management..

The misinformation by management was publicly known and both Andy and Melvin still continued their actions, even though MANY shareholders warned them. Halfstep and Oaks messages are still available to read on the boards.

Did it ever occur that both these individuals are feeling a little more than contrite over their past words...maybe even embarrased.

When exactly did this guilt and embarrassment by Andy and Melvin occur? I'll tell you when it didn't.

No remorse when CMKX amended the form stating it had 698 shareholders when they had thousands.

No remorse when it was discovered there were 800 billion shares issued.

No remorse when CMKX neglected to file any financial reports that were require and cause the stock to be revoked.

No remorse that Urban's records were incomplete or non-existed.

No remorse when Urban took the fifth.

No remorse when a shareholder discovered they falsely gave a hot rod shop address as their corporate office.

No remorse about the lies shareholders claim Urban told them at the races.

No remorse about the shareholders money Urban wasted at the races.

No remorse about the obvious and ridiculous false press releases.

No remorse about Urban's past involvement with Petro Plus.

The list could go on.

I don't condone some of the things either IR said, but I would challange many of you to have 20/20 hindsight, when promises of great reward was dangled in front or you

Interpretation : Andy and Melvin got greedy! The six indicted were motivated by greed too.

Andy and Melvin were IR for a company that was nothing more than a shell. IR should at least have some clue about the companies operations. That they had no idea that the company was a shell is more than just embarrassing. It is a case of egregious neglect, or more likely feign ignorance.

If you drive the get away car you're still guilty as an accomplice.

Hindsight was not required here. The word scam was in neon lights bigger than the Hollywood sign. the only ones who didn't see it were those who were paid to ignore it while pumping away and those who ODed on the CMKX Kool-aid. There never was any chance this could have been anything other than a scam.

Nothing either Andy or Melvin has said over the past four years suggests that's the case.

Currently, Andy is posting on IHub, and he hasn't changed a bit. No apologies from him.

umm, No. You were told about Andy's previous scams dating as far back as the Dryden Industries pump of May 2000 with Sterling, Cline, Andy, and Willy. Empty Texas shell corp.

In order to be an Investors Relations person, you should have experience and an actual office. You should have actual clients instead of a couple of related scams as clients.

What reward? You were told PCBM was a scam back in early 2002 and when CMKX was pumped as being connected to PCBM, you were again warned.

too frickin bad, all you've been doing is finding new and creative ways to attack one poster and then come running back here to whine and plan your next attack. You claim enlightenment... then I suggest you grow up.
