Yeh, sure looks that way, but I did hear a few good things today, which may change the game for the good. We shall see.

This Maland thing is not bad news. Since the guy left quietly, he may have been the problem. Maybe they gave him the option to do so, for one reason or another. Don't forget, even though it's not a lot, there is some "hard money" on the table, and the gov't is handing out stimulus cash. Look at AONE, just IPO'd yesterday. They have yet to make a profit. They make Lithium car batteries, and got like $246 Million in stimulus funds prior to the IPO. Ran to $20+ after a starting IPO offering of between $8 and $12.50. CTL is a good thing. Can they get it done???? I know, it sure doesn't look like it, but, there is always a possibility.

Cheap insurance policy at .03 If it gets back to just .06 you doubled up. JMHO
