The Court filing states the obvious charge againt the Defendants... however, I sincerely pray that CXAC does NOT become suspect to collusion or conspiracy to commit fraud in some sort of kick-back scheme w/ K&L upon any further investigation. As the Biz magazine article also states, CXAC is not listed as a Defendant in this specific filing. That one point does not prohibit extraneous charges "could" be placed against CXAC in the future if something unlawful regarding this case does come to light. submitted w/ with caution to the Board JMHO

This might be a good thing... now they have to tighten this behavior up... we may see this one soar.
