I think they noticed it was opened to the public and it wasn't ready yet. They are probably getting ready to launch the final product.

There's nothing to worry about, the softnettechnology.com site is up, but the server the info is being routed through, which is softnettc.com is down. Check the two links below, and you'll see they're both showing the same server data.

Both sites show this:

IP Address: 74.7.129.82

Now if you actually ping the two sites you'll see they have different IP addresses.

softnettechnology.com is IP: 69.93.8.194
softnettc.com is IP: 74.7.129.82

The website for softnettechnology.com is responding if you ping it, and that site IS UP. However, the server it's trying to contact to get the info routed through, 74.7.129.82, is down. Which is why if you try to ping softnettc.com you'll get no response. So the problem is on the server side of the softnettc.com site.
