The website for softnettechnology.com is responding if you ping it, and that site IS UP. However, the server it's trying to contact to get the info routed through, 74.7.129.82, is down. Which is why if you try to ping softnettc.com you'll get no response. So the problem is on the server side of the softnettc.com site.
