I never like a chart that looks like TECO now. A large increase in average daily volume over an extended period, with no rise in price. It shows me there is a large supply of shares for sale. I'll keep an eye on it. The buying opportunity for me would come when it flattens out and goes quiet, then has a volume increase with a price rise.
