SPNG's auditor can no longer do audits...

SPNG needed someone to do their audits and quickly... they scrambled and found Robison to do their 2009 audit... Most likely contacted just about everyone possible.

then after some of the dust settled they got D and T who said they would do their next years audit. and 8k'd that...

Now I don't understand the question... or why it is confusing but let me know if you need me to fill you in on anything else that happened.
